Version effected: 9.0.1

Conditions:

Scale set to 1:10,000,000 or less

Mostly shows in Gulf of Mexico overview but also Bearing Straights.

Symptoms:

High density hundreds of dashed purple lines criss cross the entire overview area. 

These appear only with NOAA cell updates (eg., cellname.002 or higher) and NOT in the base *.001 cell.

Workaround:

1. zoom scale to General or harbor to dive under the noise.
2. Delete the update *.002 and above cells.
