Upon license activation step, application will halt with error message about a date format error.

Version effected: 9.3.2 and earlier

Conditions:

Install new or migrate to new machine requires a license key activation. This is for a new install, a migration reset of key on a new machine, and a trial license. 

Symptoms:

Application attempts license key activations and fails with message about date format error. Not possible to continue. App fails to start.

Workaround:

None

Severity: 1
Status Notes:

Fix is released.
