Version effected: 10.3.0 and possibly earlier

Conditions:

Multiple. Includes certain onboard WiFi/TCP/IP network topology.

Symptoms:

TCP / UDP settings appear to be green and working, however, GPS and other instruments will mysteriously stop receiving data. 

Workaround:

1. None. This condition is not recoverable.
