Conditions:

Problem discovered only on a few users’ systems. Most do not experience this. Also replicated during test for macOS 26 compatibility. Start App from Applications, Launch Bar, or Launch Pad.

Symptoms:

App will crash moments after launch with standard macOS debug screen. No app windows are shown, just a quick crash on startup. Unlike the intermittent crash bug fixed in 10.2.5, this crash is not recoverable. If your machine experiences this, the app will continue to crash regardless of retry attempts.

Workaround:

1. None. This condition is not recoverable.
