Improvements:

• Fixes Course Up function in New Render Engine where charts did not rotate on position but annotations (Waypoints, Routes, and vessel) did.
• Improves chart cell render details in New Render Engine.
• Improves chart download on boot sync with back end server.
• Contact support links to website Contact Us page instead of directly to support portal. Users can launch support portal or just ask an info question from there.

Deprecations:

• macOS 11 is out of support. Minimum version is now 12.4.
