Improvements:

• Fix GOTO Waypoint from GPS Timeout after 25 seconds bug when MacENC is the GOTO Controller.
• Show GPS Fix Value when any type active fix from GPS essential messages exists, not just GSA and GSS. (for vessels configured with “nice to have” GSA and GSS sentences turned off).
• Show GPS COG regardless of SOG. (Shows COG from GPS even on a stationary vessel).
• Fix valid data indicator (colored circle) on GPS, AIS, and Instruments panels showing yellow even if valid data exists.
